The total capacity of the beds is 35, the space is ideal for various gatherings, team building, winter holidays, Christmas and New Year holidays, Easter holidays.

All apartments are located in a fenced yard on the ground floor with exception of one that is dedicated for families with children.

Over long past period, the municipality has been providing emergency assistance and speedboats with 24 hours of emergency medical staff.
